The production time varies depending on the complexity of the customization. Generally, custom orders require 9-12 weeks (without weekends) to be completed and delivered.

Our size guide will help you determine the suitable dimensions, even if you’re unsure of the exact size needed. The type of motor also determines the ventilation system, while the airflow affects the suitability for different spaces. You can also choose the ideal materials and finishing according to your personal preferences. Selecting a range hood that perfectly matches your environment will undoubtedly provide you with the best user experience.
There are three types of ventilation systems:
Internal Motor Ventilation: The motor is installed inside the range hood and is ducted to outside.
Remote Motor Ventilation: To reduce noise, the motor is installed on a wall or in the attic and is ducted to outside.
Ductless Ventilation: A ductless hood doesn't vent the air outside but instead purifies and recycles the air through a heavy-duty charcoal filter.
Choosing a ducted or ductless range hood is largely a matter of personal preference. Installing ducting can cost more initially, but ductless hoods will require you to change the charcoal filters more often. The placement of your hood and its proximity to the outdoors can be another factor. Go ahead and ask us if you want our opinion on which option could be right for you.
You might be a DIY wizard, but when it comes to range hood installation, it's best to call in the big guns—a pro who knows HVAC and electrical work like the back of their hand. With all the crucial ducting and hardwiring involved, not to mention the safety concerns, it's safer to leave the installation to the experts unless you've got the right training under your tool belt. If you require personal installation, we can also provide you with an installation guide to assist you in setting up the range hood.
The cleaning frequency varies depending on how often do you cook. Generally speaking, washing them once a month is enough to keep them clean. The maintenance is quite simple, just remove the filter and place them in the dish washer, add a mild detergent and then you are done.
The copper hood cover and stainless steel hood cover are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The hood liner/insert is backed by a 2-year warranty, and the motor/blower is covered for 5 years. Additionally, the copper kitchen sink is protected by a 1-year warranty.
Yes, we support the deposit. You can pay 50% of the order amount first, and then pay the remaining amount before the shipping.
If you want to use the deposit to order our products, please email us the product information you need first. We will provide you with an invoice for you to place an order.
Note： The deposit will not be refunded after receipt of the approved drawing.

There is no safer way to shop online than with us as we prioritize cyber security and privacy. EliteRangeHood® does not have access to or collect your payment information. All online payments are securely processed through Shopify Payment via Stripe or Paypal, some of the most reputable third-party payment gateways. When you make a purchase from us, your personal information is well-protected against any potential data leaks. Buyer protection through your credit card company or Paypal applies to all orders placed on EliteRangeHood®.
Orders canceled within 24 hours from the time of placement are subject to a 3% transaction fee. After the 24-hour window, orders will be subject to a minimum 10% administration fee without exception. After 48 hours all sales are final meaning that all orders will not be eligible for cancellation. Once the drawing is confirmed, the order will proceed to the production stage and not allow to cancel. If cancellation is necessary due to special circumstances, you need to pay 30% of the transaction fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping stage. Please note that all custom products are non-refundable once production has started, as customized items cannot be resold.
