Regarding the custom orders, standard free shipping service, the order handling time iwth production is 5 to 30 workdays, and delivery about 10 to 35 workdays, so the total lead time is 15 to 65 workdays;
Expedited service is available for extra charge, amd the order handling with production time is 5 to 30 workdays, and delivery time about 10 workdays, total lead time is 15 to 40 workdays.
We can create a customized range hood to meet your specific kitchen style and space needs. To ensure that the custom range hood suits your requirements, the appropriate size, motor type, and ideal appearance are essential. The type of motor also determines the ventilation system, while the airflow affects the suitability for different spaces. You can also choose the ideal materials and finishing according to your personal preferences. There are three types of ventilation systems:
Internal Motor Ventilation: The motor is installed inside the range hood and is ducted to outside.
Remote Motor Ventilation: To reduce noise, the motor is installed on a wall or in the attic and is ducted to outside.
Ductless Ventilation: A ductless hood doesn't vent the air outside but instead purifies and recycles the air through a heavy-duty charcoal filter.
Choosing a ducted or ductless range hood is largely a matter of personal preference. Installing ducting can cost more initially, but ductless hoods will require you to change the charcoal filters more often. The placement of your hood and its proximity to the outdoors can be another factor. Go ahead and ask us if you want our opinion on which option could be right for you.
You might be a DIY wizard, but when it comes to range hood installation, it's best to call in the big guns—a pro who knows HVAC and electrical work like the back of their hand. With all the crucial ducting and hardwiring involved, not to mention the safety concerns, it's safer to leave the installation to the experts unless you've got the right training under your tool belt. If you require personal installation, we can also provide you with an installation guide to assist you in setting up the range hood.
The cleaning frequency varies depending on how often do you cook. Generally speaking, washing them once a month is enough to keep them clean. The maintenance is quite simple, just remove the filter and place them in the dish washer, add a mild detergent and then you are done.
Returned products will lead to a 30% restocking fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To return a product, please ensure that:
The product is in its original condition and packaging.
The product includes all original pieces and documents, with no missing hardware and parts.
The product has not been used or installed.
The product is in a resalable condition.
The return request has been authorized by the Company.
Any unnecessary extra fees caused by returned products without authorization will be excluded from the final refunds.

PayPal – A secure payment gateway that also allows transactions using major credit cards.
It's safe to shop online with us as we prioritize cyber security and privacy. EliteRangeHood does not have access to or collect your payment information. All online payments are securely processed through Shopify Payment via Stripe or Paypal, some of the most reputable third-party payment gateways. When you make a purchase from us, your personal information is well-protected against any potential data leaks. Buyer protection through your credit card company or Paypal applies to all orders placed on EliteRangeHood.
The Company accept order cancellation within 48 hours upon your order placed. After the 48-hour window, the order will not be eligible for cancellation as each of our product is custom to order. Once the drawing is confirmed, the order will start the production and not allow to cancel. All our custom products are non-refundable once production has started, as customized items cannot be resold. If cancellation is necessary due to special circumstances, you need to pay at least 30% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping process.
