Shipping Process

Once you approve the real-life photos of your product for shipping, the following steps will take place:

1. Crate Making: Preparation of the crate for safe shipping and transportation.
2. Transfer to Warehouse: Moving the product from our workshop to the warehouse.
3. Final Quality Check: A thorough inspection by our designers and a packaging check by our supply team.
4. Delivery Scheduling: Booking a truck for delivery to your specified address.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination. Typically, pick-up is not available as deliveries are scheduled automatically by our logistics system.

Handling Heavy Products

Range hoods and bathtubs are heavy and require careful handling. We recommend having 2-3 adults or a forklift to move these items into your house safely.
