The production time varies depending on the complexity of the customization.
Elite Range Hood is pleased to offer FREE shipping on all our custom range hoods, bathtubs, and sinks etc.
Generally, regarding the custom orders, the lead time is about 40-65 workdays from drawing approval date for standard free shipment; and it is about 15-40 workdays lead time from drawing approval date on expedited service for an extra charge.
Once you approve the real-life photos of your product for shipping, the following steps will take place:
- Crate Making: Preparation of the crate for safe shipping and transportation.
- Transfer to Warehouse: Moving the product from our workshop to the warehouse.
- Final Quality Check: A thorough inspection by our designers and a packaging check by our supply team.
- Delivery Scheduling: Booking a truck for delivery to your specified address.
There are three types of ventilation systems.
Internal Motor Ventilation: The motor is installed inside the range hood and is ducted to outside.
Remote Motor Ventilation: To reduce noise, the motor is installed on a wall or in the attic and is ducted to outside.
Ductless Ventilation: A ductless hood doesn't vent the air outside but instead purifies and recycles the air through a heavy-duty charcoal filter.
You might be a DIY wizard, but when it comes to range hood installation, it's best to call in the big guns—a pro who knows HVAC and electrical work like the back of their hand. With all the crucial ducting and hardwiring involved, not to mention the safety concerns, it's safer to leave the installation to the experts unless you've got the right training under your tool belt.
