At Elite Range Hood, we are willing to work with you for the best quality products and customer service. Please learn our policies regarding returns, refunds, and warranties for our custom products.

Returns and Refunds

Our custom metal range hoods, bathtubs and sink are handmade products. Some variations in color, finish, texture are normal phenomena and should not be considered as flaws or defects. Any return or refund request based on this will not be accepted.

Please note that all customized products incuding custom metal range hoods, custom kitchen sinks, and custom bathtubs etc. cannot be resold, and we DO NOT accept return/refund requests under the circumstances below.

Returns/refunds due to customer preferences: If the product is customized according to the customer's specific requirements or dimensions, and the customer wishes to return the product due to personal preferences, incorrect choices, or other individual reasons after receiving it, we will not accept such return requests.

Returns/refunds not due to quality issues: If the product does not have quality issues, such as material, process, or design defects, but the customer wishes to return it for other reasons (e.g., color, style), we will not accept such return requests.

Products that have been installed or improperly used: Once the product has been installed by the customer, we generally do not accept return or refund requests unless there is a clear quality issue with the product. Returns are also not accepted due to improper use or damage caused by the customer.

Return /refund requests beyond the return/refund period: If the customer makes a return/refund request beyond the specified return/refund period, we will not be able to accept it.

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of the product delivery date if the quality issues are confirmed to be caused by Eliterangehood. Please email us at info@eliterangehood.com when you receive the products, and our customer service team will provide all details and guidance through the return or refund process.

Returns

Returned products will lead to a 15% restocking fee. If the issue is not due to a product quality defect but is caused by customer-related factors, the shipping fee will be non-refundable. To return a product, please ensure that:

The product is in its original condition and packaging.
The product includes all original pieces and documents, with no missing hardware and parts.
The product has not been used or installed.
The product is in a resalable condition.
The return request has been authorized by the Company.

Any unnecessary extra fees caused by returned products without authorization will be excluded from the final refunds.

with your order number first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Note: Do not send items back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.

Refunds

Usually a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days upon refund approval. If the issue is not due to a product quality defect but is caused by customer-related factors, the shipping fee will be non-refundable.

Warranty

We stand by the quality of all our products and offer a limited warranty to ensure your satisfaction. All products at Elite Range Hood enjoy:

 - Copper Range Hood Cover: lifetime warranty

 - Brass Range Hood Cover: lifetime warranty

 - Zinc Range Hood Cover: lifetime warranty

 - Stainless Steel Range Hood Cover: lifetime warranty

 - Motor/Blower: 5-year warranty

 - Hood Liner/Insert: 2-year warranty

- Copper Tubs: 5-year warranty

 - Copper Kitchen Sink: 1-year warranty

This warranty covers the following situations:

 Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential use and maintenance.

 Structural Integrity: Issues affecting the structural integrity of the range hood, including the frame and primary components.

 - Motor/Blower Performance: Any failure or malfunction of the motor/blower unit that is not due to improper installation, misuse, or external damage.

 - Finish Quality: Defects in the finish of the range hood covers (copper, brass, zinc, stainless steel) that are not a result of normal wear and tear or improper maintenance.

 - Electrical Components: Malfunction of electrical components, such as switches, lights, or wiring, provided they have been used under normal conditions and according to the product guidelines.

 - Product Fit: Issues related to the fit and compatibility of the hood liner/insert as specified in the product description.

This warranty does not cover the following situations:

Improper Installation: Damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation or failure to follow installation instructions.

 Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including the use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.

Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and finish discoloration over time.

 Environmental Factors: Damage caused by environmental conditions, such as exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or corrosive substances.

Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, such as impacts, falls, or other external forces.

Improper Maintenance: Issues arising from failure to properly maintain the product according to the maintenance guidelines provided.

Third-Party Reasons: Issues or damage caused by accessories, parts, or components not supplied or approved by Elite Range Hood.

CANCELLATION

The Company accept order cancellation within 48 hours upon your order placed. After the 48-hour window, the order will not be eligible for cancellation as each of our product is custom to order. If you request to cancel the order after the materials are prepared and have processed production, most likely the cancellation will not accept! You will be charged 15% restocking fee for canceling the order. Because all our orders are customized to fully meet customers' requirements, orders cannot be canceled once they enter the shipping process as it's hard to resell for custom features.
